Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the confirmation email, not when the checkout completes. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where the delivery address is not a laboratory or business address, or where the intended use falls outside laboratory research.

Each product is sold by fill size. The lot shown against a fill size at checkout is the lot reserved for that order unless it sells out first, in which case we confirm the replacement lot before dispatch.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in AED and exclude delivery unless stated. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price charged for that order.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide by tracked courier. Some destinations are restricted by local import rules, and we will tell you before any payment is taken if we cannot ship to yours. Orders confirmed before 14:00 UTC on a working day are collected the same day, and typical transit is 3 to 7 working days.

Risk passes on delivery to the address given at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, and delays caused by customs or the courier are outside our control. Import duties and local clearance charges, where they apply, are the purchaser's responsibility.

Returns and cold chain claims

Unopened vials in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Write to us first for a return reference. Vials that have been opened, reconstituted, relabelled or stored outside the stated conditions cannot be returned, because we cannot verify the material afterwards.

If the temperature logger shows the shipment went outside its range, or the vials arrive damaged, tell us within two working days with photographs of the logger and the packing note. Confirmed cases are replaced at no charge or refunded in full.

Research use restriction

Every product is sold for laboratory research only. It is a condition of sale that the material is not administered to humans or animals, not used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, and not resold, repackaged or supplied onward for those purposes.

The purchaser is responsible for complying with the laws that apply where the material is received and used, including import, storage, handling and disposal rules. Breach of this clause ends the contract and may end the account.

Liability

We warrant that the material supplied matches the certificate of analysis issued for its lot. That is the extent of the warranty given. No other warranty, express or implied, applies, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost research time, or for any loss arising from use of the material outside laboratory research. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Neropeptide is registered, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
