Who may order from Neropeptide, what the products are, and the conditions accepted at checkout.
Who may order
Orders are accepted from researchers, laboratories, universities and companies that hold the facilities and competence to handle research chemicals. The delivery address must be a laboratory, institution or business address.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and must be authorised by their organisation to buy laboratory materials. We may ask for institutional details before releasing an order.
What these products are not
Everything sold here is supplied for in vitro laboratory research only. The products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use of any kind.
No product on this site has been approved by any medicines regulator for use in people or animals. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no statement here should be read as a claim that a product treats, prevents or diagnoses any condition.
The declaration made at checkout
Before an order can be completed, the purchaser confirms that the material is bought for laboratory research, that it will not be administered to humans or animals, and that it will be handled by trained personnel under appropriate supervision.
That confirmation is recorded with the order. Orders placed without it are not processed.
Handling, storage and disposal
Treat every vial as a research chemical of unknown hazard. Use the personal protective equipment required by your local rules, work in a suitable laboratory environment, and keep material in its labelled vial with the lot number intact.
Store unopened vials at minus 20 degrees, dark and desiccated. Dispose of unused material, reconstituted solutions and empty vials through your institution's chemical waste route, not through general waste or drains.
Resale and human use are prohibited
Products may not be resold, repackaged, relabelled or supplied onward to third parties for human or veterinary use. They may not be added to foods, supplements, cosmetics or compounded preparations.
We will refuse or cancel any order where the intended use appears to fall outside laboratory research, and may decline to supply an account again. Purchasers are responsible for complying with the import, possession and use rules that apply where they are.
