Delivery and cold chain
Every order leaves in an insulated shipper with cold packs and a temperature logger. Typical transit is 3 to 7 working days.
How an order travels
Lyophilised peptide is stable in transit when it stays cold and dry. The packing is built around that.
Packed and sealed
01Vials are packed into an insulated shipper with frozen gel packs sized for the route. A temperature logger is sealed inside the box next to the product, not against the coolant.
Collected by courier
02Orders confirmed before 14:00 UTC are collected the same working day. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the courier scans the package.
Delivered and logged
03Typical transit is 3 to 7 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance. The logger records the whole journey, so the temperature history can be read on arrival.
Where we deliver
Orders are shipped to laboratories and institutions worldwide by tracked courier. Some destinations are restricted by local import rules. If we cannot ship to yours, we will tell you before any payment is taken.

When the box arrives
Open the shipper and read the logger before anything else. Move the vials straight to minus 20 degrees, dark and desiccated. Unopened lyophilised powder is stable there for the period stated on the product page.
Keep the logger and the packing note together with the lot number until the material has been used.
If a shipment arrives warm
If the logger shows the box went above the stated range, or the cold packs have fully thawed, do not use the material. Photograph the logger reading and the packing note and email support@neropeptide.com within two working days of delivery. Affected vials are replaced on the next shipment at no charge.
